Anis Shiekh is the Founder and CEO of baseH Technologies, the tech visionary behind the project, and one of the pioneering individuals in the development of AI writing software.Anis embarked on a journey that began as a dream. With a profound background as a software developer and over a decade of experience in the electronic media industry, Anis conceived the idea of a content writing software back in 2009. It was a vision of a software capable of independently generating content.The journey was long, and it wasn't until 2016 that the writing engine autonomously composed its first two lines, marking a milestone as one of the pioneers in machine-generated content writing.

Fueled by this groundbreaking work, Anis founded baseH Technologies and, most recently, Tomorrow Events, a U.S.-based AI-media enterprise. His remarkable contributions have earned him numerous National and International awards, elevating him to the status of a sought-after keynote speaker at Technology and entrepreneurial events.

Anis also plays a pivotal role as a Mentor and Judge in top entrepreneurial events worldwide. Recognizing his exceptional contributions, the U.S. Government honored him with the prestigious EB1A Visa, often referred to as the Einstein Visa

Recent Ventures and Contributions

In addition to his roles at baseH and Tomorrow Events, Anis assumes the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Pyscreality Ireland. His extensive tech leadership experience extends to his previous role as the Tech Lead at PathosAI Canada.

Anis actively contributes to the entrepreneurial ecosystem, serving as a Judge and Mentor for Hopstart, a pioneering entrepreneurial venture associated with John Hopkins. He also extends his mentorship to the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center. Anis takes on the role of a Judge for Unicorn Pitches and collaborates with several other esteemed organizations.

His commitment to education and industry is evident through his service as a board member of the Industrial Advisory Board at Foremean Christian College University. Anis's multifaceted expertise and dedication span across various sectors of technology, entrepreneurship, and education.

A Journey from Journalism to AI Innovation

From 2003 to 2018, Anis served as a seasoned journalist, primarily at News Television. His extensive experience saw him donning multiple hats, serving as an Anchor and Editor, predominantly within the Business desks. Occasionally, he also made noteworthy contributions to the sports desk.

However, it was during his tenure as Editor Business at a prominent Pakistani news channel that the idea of transforming data into narratives took root. This concept later evolved into Dante, one of the pioneering AI writing engines.

Throughout his journalistic journey, Anis made significant contributions to several reputable media outlets, including Aaj TV, Dunya News, ARY News, Capital TV, Dawn Newspaper, and Pakistan Television. His diverse experiences have shaped his path as a visionary in the realm of AI-driven content creation.

Early Days

He started his career as a software developer, creating numerous web-based applications. However, a significant portion of his work was dedicated to the financial sector, where he developed applications for the Kuwait and New York Stock Exchanges. During this period, he also collaborated with companies such as NetXS Communications, Zoom Net, FAPCO Kuwait, and RealFC Inc.

Awards and Honors

For his pioneering work in AI, he received the National Award from PASHA in 2018. Later that year, he was honored with the Entrepreneur of the Year award. In an earlier achievement in 2000, he won the Best of the Internet award for the Intrasync website from Macromedia.

In recognition of his expertise, he was invited to deliver a speech at Finance Montreal in 2018. During the same year, he was also invited as a Keynote Speaker at DigiAsia Taiwan.
